With SneakPeek Clinical, our Midwife or Nationally Certified Phlebotomist will administer the blood draw and submit your sample to the Sneak Peek labs for you.
Your results will come directly to your email as early as the next day!
One of the reasons many women use our practice for their Sneak Peek testing, is that we come to you!
No need to find a babysitter or even change out of your pajamas! We know how hard those first few months of pregnancy can be, and there is no need to make it more difficult by coming to our office. You are of course welcome to have your Sneak Peek appointment done in our Akron/Canton area office, if you prefer.
We have 15 years of experience caring for women and their families.
You do not need to be a client of our practice to utilize our in home Sneak Peek service- this service is available to anyone in our area that is greater than 6 weeks gestation.
How Does SneakPeek Work?
While every person has their own DNA in their bloodstream, a pregnant woman’s bloodstream also contains DNA from her unborn child. Sneak Peek looks for male chromosomes in a small sample of mom’s blood.
If male chromosomes are found, that means baby is a boy. If none are found, baby is a girl.
Sneak Peek Clinical is 99.9% accurate at 6 weeks into pregnancy.
What Does It Cost?
The cost is $199 for testing performed in your home, within Northeast Ohio. If you prefer to have the test performed in our Cuyahoga Falls office, the cost is $130.
The Sneak Peek service is included at no additional cost for current Midwifery clients.
If you have a group of pregnant friends or co-workers that would also like testing at the same time and location, we can offer a discount per test.
